Healthcare Tech strategist and author The Purpose Myth

Charlotte is the founder of Plastic–Studio, a health-tech strategy consultancy, working with health-tech companies to improve business and health outcomes through user research and product strategy. After co-founding an award-winning non-profit, and 10 years of building brands and digital products for the likes of Google, Facebook, and PayPal, she pivoted to apply the same user research, design thinking, and Lean UX principles to healthcare.

Outside of her day job Charlotte realised some goals relating to her passions and co-Founded an the award-winning non-profit, CRACK + CIDER: shop for the homeless, with a 5600% ROI, and created and launched the world’s first vegan sitcom on YouTube earning 10M views in 1 week.

Charlotte is the author of an of #1 Bestseller, ‘The Purpose Myth’, featured in Forbes and the Financial Times & winner of Business Book Awards 2021, and she discusses the concept pf ‘Purpose’, how and whether it can be realised through working life. Charlotte has spoken about personal purpose and creativity at SXSW, Cannes Lions, UCLA, and Soho House and has run 1,000+ workshops on design thinking for social impact from Cannes to Cairo.
