Backing a vision for Women’s football at The FA and in the national game

Marzena is part of the team leading Women’s football at The FA, heading up the commercial and marketing functions. She will discuss their experience of creating a clear purpose for women’s football at The FA after a long period of prohibiting women from playing football. She explores the process of setting direction, laying out priorities and outcomes and building momentum for change, using examples of how The FA has engaged the organisation, the ‘football family’ and sponsors to help them on their journey.
