Business Visit - The Reform Club, Pall Mall (25 people maximum)

Address:  104 Pall Mall, St. James's, London SW1Y 5EW

Visit to the Reform Club, one of London’s oldest and most culturally important private member’s clubs. As well as being a lively social community and a place of outstanding architectural importance, the Reform Club is a reminder of the country’s advance towards democracy in the nineteenth century. It was founded in 1836 for the benefit of those Radicals and Whigs pledging support for the Great Reform Act of 1832 who subsequently developed the Club as the political headquarters of the Liberal Party. Today the Reform is politically neutral, yet remains true to its founding principles. In this spirit, it continues to be a place for progressive thinking, social change and the championing of reform.

The visit will begin with a talk by Chris Rofe, the Club’s CEO, where he will discuss how the club has endured change, challenge and historical events from war to pandemic, and the membership business model that helps it endure and play a meaningful role in business and culture. It will continue with a physical and historical tour of the club itself.
