Chris leads the product innovation and growth cycle of Modulous, founded in 2018 and in scale up mode having delivered successful building design and execution projects for new sustainable housing using their innovative technology. As they scale the business in the UK they are also establishing projects in Los Angeles and British Columbia, where housing planning is accelerating to meet demand, and leveraging programmes that promote British business expansion to new markets. Chris will discuss the start-up to scale up journey, it’s challenges, pitfalls and accelerators from first-hand experience.
