Sally Taplin
Convenor
Sally is a business consultant, working with clients on their purpose, direction and growth strategy, with a particular interest in how to create agency among people at all levels to drive the change needed for greater innovation, performance and successful outcomes.
She is a Bayes Business School MBA alumnus (class of 2007), with a BMP specialty in holistic post-merger integration. She is fascinated by the creativity of business and exploring, post-pandemic, what kind of economic recovery we should set out for and how we can create a thriving and productive economy 21st century.
Sally is committed to free and open discussion, believing we should ‘Take nobody’s word for it’ (motto of the Royal Society, of which Thomas Bayes was a member), but find out for ourselves through vigorous questioning, fact-finding and debate.
