Mark is responsible for the growth of Accenture Interactive in UK & Ireland, enabling clients in multiple sectors to transform the way they market to their customers and provide delightful and cost-effective customer service solutions. Both these capabilities increasingly leverage service design, omni-channel interactivity, predictive analytics, artificial intelligence and personalization to drive success. Mark has a 20-year heritage in the world of digital – he was instrumental in developing early prototypes of interactive TV, developed the world’s first online download music chart for MTV Undiscovered and has developed many online customer service portals for governments, transport systems, healthcare providers, universities, membership organizations and charities. He will explore how purpose-lead digital and experience strategies enable companies to meet their customer needs better and engage them further in the brand.
