David has been CEO of esure, a leading provider of car, travels, motorbike, pet, and van insurance services throughout the UK, since 2019. Prior to that he was Transformation Director and Board member at AVIVA, where he worked with Atif and the Businessfourzero team to enable business change that delivered 9% in engagement across the organisation of 30,000 people and a 111p increase to the share price. He is a fellow of the Institute of Management Accountants and a Board member of Scottish Rugby Union. David discusses the experience of creating and executing purpose-lead change with Atif.
