Adrian began his career with Accenture in Cape Town, South Africa, delivering technology-focused change across retail, transport and insurance sectors. Since relocating to the UK in 2006 he has led a number of complex, high profile change programmes at insurance companies including Zurich Life, Old Mutual, Canopius and Amlin.

As Programme Director for the London Market Target Operating Model (LM TOM) since 2015, Adrian’s goal is to make it easier to do business with the London Market, the home of large-scale commercial insurance and a global insurance market for commercial and speciality risk, through digital transformation.

The LM TOM programme is a powerful coming together of the market around a common cause – the need to modernise. On time and under budget progress has seen a number of technology solutions developed and adopted by market firms which make London more accessible and efficient.

Adrian ensures the strategic and commercial agenda for change is clear and structures expert teams, empowering them and linking them closely into the stakeholder community.

Adrian lives in Haslemere, is married with two daughters and loves the outdoors and wide open spaces, BBQ, sports in general, and watersports specifically.
